Erica is a reliable, empathetic and all around wonderful care provider. She worked for our family during my mother’s last year of life providing her the care and companionship she needed. Erica is the definition of professionalism and kept our family informed with daily updates regarding her condition and state of mind. Her ability to be both warm and loving while getting mom to do everything she needed to do was remarkable. Even on mom’s most difficult days, Erica was patient and kind and did her best to bring a smile to mom’s face. I felt incredible peace of mind knowing my mom was in such good hands.
