About Lauren

Hi, I am Lauren! I am a 19-year-old undergraduate student at DePaul University. I am working on obtaining my B. A in writing, rhetoric and discourse, accompanied by a minor in sociology. Drawing from my experience as an assistant teacher at Sunny Hill elementary school, I learned to possess a unique ability in stimulating mental, emotional, behavioral, and physical development in children. As the co-creator of a family-run business "How to Be Good for Santa," I have a commitment to children's education. I have a strong desire to make a positive impact on young minds in any way I can. Health and wellness are integral parts of my life as well. From preparing nutrition-focused meals to engaging in outdoor adventures, I understand the importance of cultivating healthy habits from an early age. With a deep appreciation for nature, arts, and homemaking, I try my hardest to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can explore, discover, and feel secure.
