We had our house manager/full-time nanny do a phone screening prior to setting up a face-to-face interview with Lydia. She said she seemed like a great fit for our position over the phone. We had an agreed upon date and time, but she last minute rescheduled. The day of our re-scheduled interview, she no-call no-showed with no follow-up. Our nanny reached out twice (once the morning of, then a few hours beforehand) but Lydia didn't respond. Very unreliable and not respectful of our time or our employee's time. I wouldn't recommend using her.
