Hello every one! I am 23 years old and from Orlando Florida. I have lived in Gainsville for two years and am currently obtaining my online masters degree at the University of Florida! I have a passion for children's growth and development and I enjoy connecting and building a relationship with each family I work with. I prioritize clear and open communication with parents, ensuring they're informed about their child's day, including any issues that arise. I adapt my communication style to their preferences, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. I do prefer to set standards and clear communication on both ends! I am comfortable enforcing household rules and creating a structured yet nurturing environment for each unique children.
