Hi! My name is Laurene! At a young age I was put in gymnastics and dance and absolutely fell in love with it! I was a competitive gymnast at Accel gymnastics for 6 years and started my gymnastics career at peninsula where I trained for 4 years. When I turned 15 I started assistant coaching and soon took over my own classes and now have around 4 years of coaching experience. My main goal as a coach is to not only teach my students the skills needed for gymnastics but also teach them how to apply those lessons to real life. (Just because you fell does not mean you failed!). I also strive to create a safe and healthy environment where my students are not only learning but also having fun. I hope to hear from you soon!
