About Laura

I am a retired teacher, live in West Point, MS and graduate of Miss State University. My first field of study was Marketing and Eco, then shortly after I was working, my father had a stroke and I cared for him and then went back to school and got a degree in Special Education with a minor in Emotional Behavior Disorder. As you can tell with my background, I have pretty much run the gamut on what I am capable of doing. I have cared for a non-verbal students as well as students who needed a structured learning plan to help them learn and regular education students as well. I also have experience in teaching swimming lessons and coached high school swimming for about six years. I strive to find what a person needs and help them to find a way to achieve whatever is needed in order to make their life easier, better and have a positive outlook on their life.
