I'd describe my personality as dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy. I like working with kids because it gives me the opportunity to support their growth and development in meaningful ways. I find it incredibly rewarding to watch them learn and achieve new milestones. I also enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with the children I care for, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring my approach to suit each child. My patience and adaptability help me manage various situations, ensuring a positive environment for the kids. Whether it's reading stories, playing games, or exploring new activities, I find great joy in engaging with children and being a part of their everyday lives. I'm looking for a job that offers a good work environment, work ethic, and sufficient time for completing my work. I started working with kids when I was in the 9th grade.
