About Madeleine

I am creative, adjustable and enthusiastic. I love working with kids because I believe helping them feel comfortable, heard and cared for. I love to help children find the joy in learning new things, feel safe and loved enough to be themselves and grow in it. I'm looking for a job that is versatile in nature and challenges me to think creatively . I started working with kids as a Special Needs School Bus Aide in 2021. In my spare time, I learn about new languages and cultures, write and work on music using the piano, and I take leisurely walks. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient and accommodating. I believe in tailoring care specifically to each child and will be happy to work with parents/guardians to achieve that. I have great communication skills , cooperative mindset and great decision making skills.
