Prior to the Covid, I was working as a Montessori Preschool Assistant teacher. With the pandemic changing all of our lives, I found myself in the familiar role of supporting families in the home. I have fallen in love with the Montessori approach to working with children, with respect for the child at the forefront. I have experience in outdoor education, art, a variety of ages (3 months to 12 years), and am always grateful to learn new skills. I have experience in the classroom, teaching classes, one on one lessons/tutoring, nanny/babysitting, wedding childcare, and girl scout type environments. Born and raised in Montana, I have a great love for the outdoors along with many skills to accompany that love. I have also become passionate about food and cooking in the recent years so am happy to support your family in that realm. I spend my free time reading, knitting, and cycling. Lacey was PERFECT for our 3-year old daughter and would CERTAINLY hire her again!! She was very thoughtful in asking preliminary questions regarding Eve's development, lifestyle, health, and overall COVID mitigations during the interview. Her experience as a Montessori teacher gave us the piece of mind that our daughter would not only have fun with Lacey, but learn as well!! Again, we HIGHLY recommend Lacey for any family!!
