As someone with a passion for fostering children's growth and development, I have dedicated the last five years of my career to providing reliable childcare for families. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they receive regular updates about their child's day and any matters that arise. I also have several years of experience managing behaviors. I have my registered behavior technician certification and am trained to work with children who have disabilities ranging from developmental to behavioral. My days with children are filled with a mix of outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, arts, and crafts. I also have experience supervising swimming. With my First Aid and CPR training, I am well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
