About Melissa

I'm a compassionate childcare provider with over 16 years of experience caring for children. I simply love kids! I feel like it's my calling. I am a teacher who works during the school year, looking for a nanny job this summer. I am patient, calm, and have a creative, imaginative approach to childcare. I love playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning and technology-based games and apps. Playing outdoors is also important! I am experienced in early childhood development coursework and am a certified teacher. I also have first aid and CPR training. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I am willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
