About Kyli

Hi! My name is Kyli M, and I'm a compassionate and responsible caregiver with over 9 years of hands-on experience in both childcare and caregiving. I began babysitting when I was a teenager, and through those first three years, I developed a deep understanding of the needs of children, from infants to school-age kids. Whether it was preparing meals, organizing fun activities, or simply providing a safe and loving environment, I learned the importance of creating a space where children feel secure and happy. When I became an adult, I transitioned into caregiving for adults with dementia and memory care needs. For six years, I had the privilege of working with residents in various care homes, where I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting individuals with special health needs. This experience honed my ability to remain calm and patient under pressure, develop strong communication
