About Leah

Hi everyone! My name is Leah and I am 21-year-old graduate from the University of Denver, where I finished my Bachelor's in Strategic Communications with a minor in Studio Art -- graduating a year early! I've had lots of experience working with kids, starting with babysitting when I was 13. Over the years, I've also worked at two different daycares, one of which focused on supporting children with special needs, which was an incredibly rewarding experience that further helped me understand what it takes to care for children. I absolutely love working with kids and creating a fun, safe environment where they can learn and grow. I'm extremely adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments and I always try to stay positive and solution-oriented. I absolutely adore animals and feel right at home with any pets. I am looking to create a meaningful connection with a family where I can bring my positive energy, creative mind, and caregiving experience into any role I take on!
