About Kylie

I have a background in child care and behavioral therapy/ABA. I worked at an afterschool program for 1 year in which I was responsible for watching after up to 12 kids at a time. Then a behavioral therapist for 2 years with kids on the autism spectrum. Teaching kids ranging from 2-14 on how to respond appropriately and positively to situations that cause distress. Some of the responsibilities of both jobs included maintaining client dignity , ensuring safety of child/others, engaging in play, potty training, providing lunch, cooking , building rapport, being a mandatory reporter, organizing crafts, teaching, cleaning, and more. I have worked with kids from all walks of life ranging from nonverbal neurodivergent to hyperactive teenagers . I am passionate about building rapport and genuine connection beyond just babysitting/caring for your child. I am here to help you and your kids feel at ease when apart while cultivating a safe and peaceful environment.
