About Kristin

I'd describe my personality as fun, creative and smart. I like working with kids because they are so pure and real! I learn the most when I'm working with kids because they have such unfettered perspectives on life. I'm looking for a job that fulfills me, fits into my own busy family's life and gives me the freedom to get creative. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old when I began babysitting for a family in my hometown. Fast forward to age 25 when I went on to have my own kiddos and stayed at home with them until they started school. They are teenagers now! I also have a background in education, having taught art, music and having worked in a self-contained special ed classroom. In my spare time, I like to make music and art, take pictures (I am a professional photographer too!), be outside, camp, hike and be with my family! My skills include arts and crafts, outside adventuring and teaching.
