About Kristin

I have taught elementary aged students for 20 + years here in Albuquerque. I am well-versed in New Mexico Curriculum in Reading, Math, Social Studies, and Science. I have a Master's Degree In Elementary Education with an Endorsement in TESOL, Reading, and Math. I am certified in NM to teacher K to 8 grade, however, my primary grade levels are 3 to 5 grades. I have tutored for over 17 years, both with personal families and at learning centers. I prefer to tutor individually so I can meet the needs of each of my students. I love to laugh and smile, and I try to do that with every student I teach and/or tutor! Education is not just about learning, but making personal connections in a fun and comfortable environment too!
