Hi families! I am 22. I am currently working as a supervisor (site manager) at an after school program - Wrap YMCA. Here is a list of a few daily responsibilities as a site manager: - Helping students cope with emotions through SEL (Social emotional learning) - Breaking down conflicts and building resolutions. - Speaking with parents about various behaviors. - On the spot lesson plans (activities) for students. - Supervising and managing 16 staff members (program leaders) and 230 students daily. As much as I adore my job, I am going to be returning to school for early childhood education. Unfortunately my job is very demanding and I'm looking for a better schedule for school. I have also been a nanny for 2 years prior to becoming a supervisor for the YMCA. I was a nanny for a 2-year-old on the spectrum for about a year. I have also taken care of up to 6 children at one time. I can't wait to work with you and your littles :)!
