My last job as a nanny was taking care of a set of 7-year-old little girls who were twins. I made them breakfast packed their lunches, woke them up helped them get dressed fed and ready for school. I was in charge of picking them up from school taking them to music lessons 3 times out the week. Once we were home I spent a lot of time playing and making crafts. I made sure the were fed and bathed before mom got home. I also helped the mom with cleaning and laundry as well as cooking.
