About Kirstyn

I'm a former elementary teacher. I'm highly experienced in managing multiple children at once, meeting children's specific needs, time management, and ensuring safety. I have a very caring personality while also being able to have authority. I am able to help with drop offs and pick ups, assist in homework and tutoring. I will try my best to meet the needs that you have as a parent I like working with kids because I believe that children deserve to have people around them who love and support them; who challenge them and encourage them; who keep them safe and let them explore; who respect them and teach them respect. I started working with kids when I was 11 and my siblings were born. I had babysitting jobs as a teenager and worked at an after school program. I went to college for education and taught for five years. In my spare time, I like to build Lego sets. I also love to read books and play board games with friends. I like going out and eating at different restaurants.
