I'd describe my personality as positive, friendly and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because when I cared for my mom I found it rewarding to share the joy of companionship and knowing she felt safe with me taking care of her and her affairs. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and that utilizes my skills & strengths of companionship, compassionate listening and organization. I started caring for seniors when my mom needed help after my father passed. I helped her through her journey of grief and hospice at the end of her life. In my spare time, I like to read, write, listen to music, bake, meditate, study spiritual philosophy, spend time with my friends and family and play with my pets. A few things you should know about me is that I am a visual artist, a non-denominational/New Thought Minster and Counselor, a doctor of Consciousness Studies and have been a practicing Reiki Master for 21 years.
