About Kira

I have had the pleasure of working with children of all ages, from infants to high schoolers, and I absolutely love it! In high school, I used to take care of my neighbor's kids, making sure they had snacks, played games, and went to bed at the right time. Later, I worked as a gymnastics class instructor, where I had a blast teaching basic gymnastics skills to preschoolers and high schoolers alike while keeping everyone safe and happy. As for tutoring, I'm proud to say that I graduated summa cum laude (4. 0) from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering, and I'm currently a masters student in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University! I served as president of the Biomedical Engineering Society in undergrad, which was a rewarding experience. Throughout high school and college, I enjoyed tutoring my peers in math, from algebra to differential equations. It is my passion to teach, and I still help my peers with their classes!
