Hello, my name is Helen! I currently work, have a Masters in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology and have worked as a professional tutor for more than 6 years. In that time, I have tutored ages 8-24, in subjects ranging from basic to advanced for English, Math, Science, and Engineering. My greatest strength is being able to apply any type of material to a student's interests, allowing them to gain a fascination with subjects, and pushing them towards mastery of concepts. I love being able to mentor a sense of confidence and mastery in any student, no matter what level they believe themselves to be, and most importantly fostering that sense of drive within the student, rather than aiming to force it.
