I have nothing but good to say about Kim. She provided exceptional care for my mom, who was totally bed ridden. Although mom attempted to maintain her independence, Kim was able to help her through the most unpleasant of tasks, never once shied away and all the while maintained a professional, yet friendly, compassionate approach that mom loved. Most importantly, this allowed her to be able to maintain her dignity through everything. I truly appreciate all that Kim did to help keep mom comfortable and cared for. Along with her skills, Kim was very professional yet warm and friendly, reliable and timely and made herself available at a moments notice. I would not hesitate to use her again.
