Carrie is nothing short of amazing! I wish I could give her ten stars! She’s completely trustworthy in our home. She’s SO caring and patient with my 100 yr old mom who has dementia & is in hospice. She goes out of her way to do extra stuff (making mom’s bed, doing the dishes etc) Carrie answers texts or phone calls quickly; she even checks in on her days off to see how my mom is doing. :) She’s always on time for her shift, in clean crisp scrubs and a beautiful smile on her face. She leaves ‘day notes’ detailing her time with my mom (Never expected her to do that, but SO appreciated). She is the ultimate professional, but is also very caring & personable with us & especially with my mom. She has previous experience with dementia patients, and has given us great tips especially concerning my mom’s weakening mobility. Carrie loves dogs, which was important to us as we have 3 crazy fur babies. We feel so blessed/lucky to have found such a trustworthy, hardworking, caring person to watch my mom so we can ‘get a breather’ for a few hours.
