About Kimberlee

I like working with kids because kids are real. They say what they think, they're not afraid to be silly, to be themselves, to be curious, and honest. Kids teach me things. I truly began building child care skills as a summer camp counselor in 2018. I've since been a camp coordinator (liaison between parents and camp), outdoor educator, and substitute teacher for K-12. In my spare time, I like reading, crafting, cooking and movement. One thing you should know about me is I love to travel! I've been to 8 countries in 3 continents. My skills include problem solving, thinking on my feet, social emotional learning, teaching, playing, and having fun. Over the years I've gathered a large tool belt of experience that prepares me for the unexpected. I also have many other hard skills like cooking, cleaning, changing, lifting, organizing, etc.
