About Kiara

I am a dedicated and compassionate childcare professional with extensive experience in early childhood education, lesson planning, and creating safe, nurturing environments for children. I have a strong background in working with children of all abilities, including those with speech delays and autism. As a Lead Montessori Infant/Toddler Teacher and Childcare Lead Teacher, I have developed and implemented lesson plans tailored to developmental milestones, managed classroom behavior, and maintained open communication with parents and guardians. My volunteer work in daycares and elementary schools has further strengthened my skills in child engagement and activity coordination. I am highly reliable, passionate about child development, and enjoy creative activities such as painting, reading, and cooking. CPR and First Aid certified, I am always eager to contribute to a positive and enriching learning environment.
