About Kiana

I am currently a PhD student studying clinical psychology with my specialization in children. I have always had a deep appreciation and fascination for child development and plan to develop my career to helping children's mental health. I have held a diverse set of experiences including working with children in the school setting and have developed a strong skill set which includes problem solving, patience, and the ability to effectively engage with children. In addition to my professional experiences, I have a 12-year-old sister who I helped raise which included helping babysit her countless times and supporting her emotional health. I would love to be a source of support for families who need someone to not simply watch their children but also provide a safe and healthy space to allow children to engage and grow in. I understand that every family is different and I am happy to help in any way I can.
