I would describe my personality as outgoing, flexible, and reliable. I truly enjoy working with kids because I love helping them learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. My experience includes babysitting my own siblings, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of building strong relationships with children. I have also worked in an after-school program, primarily supporting elementary-aged children and assisting teachers, which allowed me to develop skills in multitasking, creativity, and teamwork.
