Kenzie was a caregiver for our son two days a week last spring semester when he was 17-20 months old. It was very obvious that our son took to her and learned a lot from her. She worked on developmental activities, such as teaching the parts of the body: eyes, ears, nose, mouth, etc., and I felt she guided play time in a way that was fun and engaging. Kenzie's vast experience became apparent when I saw the way she changed activities or distracted our son to make sure he didn't get into things (as toddlers do). She also had a very patient demeanor and a knack for getting our son to eat even though he is extremely picky. She was always very professional, reliable, and easy to work with - my schedule changed a lot and she was very flexible. Kenzie was also very independent and had ideas for activities, but was happy to incorporate our schedule or any other requests we made. Unfortunately, our schedules are not compatible at this time, but I have no reservations in recommending her to care for your child(ren).
