About Kenzie

I worked at an after-school program for elementary aged children, helping them with language arts, and STEM homework. I also TA-ed for a semester in the special education department, working with speech, fluency, and literacy, as well math skills, literature comprehension, and context clues. Academically, I personally excelled in my science classes, including high school chemistry and physics, aerospace science, and astronomy. I also did exceptionally well in my AP classes, including AP English Literature, AP English Language and Composition, and AP Calculus AB. Musically, I was in my high school choir as a soprano, my high school band as both a flute and a tenor saxophone, and I sang in a Vocal Jazz Ensemble. I sang in several Honors Choirs, and made it to state 4 years in a row for various band ensembles, playing the flute and the tenor saxophone. I also made it to state 3 years in a row with solos in my Vocal Jazz Ensemble and a Treble Voice Ensemble.
