About Kendra

I love working with elderly because I have an old soul myself, I'm very empathetic and caring and I love hearing all the old stories of their lives! I started caring for seniors originally in 2009 in a nursing home. Went on to further my medical field background and got my phlebotomy certificate and was doing phlebotomy for about 2. 5 years. Went in a completely different direction in careers and then in 2018 I found private in home care, and fell in love with it immediately. What I disliked about the nursing home is the lack of time I as a nursing assistant was able to spend with each resident and providing that full care they deserve. With private home care I am one on one and able to provide the full care that person deserves and needs. I also love the ability to provide some relieve to the families that are taking care of their family members, I hear over and over again, we cannot thank you enough for everything you do that helps relieve this off my plate etc.
