I first met Kelly at the library while she was nannying another child, and I was instantly drawn to her warm, bubbly personality. It was clear from the very beginning how much she truly loves children. Over time, as I got to know her better week after week, I could see not only how kind and nurturing she is, but also how naturally she connects with kids.

Kelly has a background in early childhood education, and it absolutely shows. She engages with children in such a thoughtful and intentional way—always at their level, always encouraging, and always with a big smile. When she started babysitting my kids, they would light up whenever she came over. Whether she was playing games, reading stories, or just hanging out with them, I always knew they were in caring and capable hands.

Kelly is one of those rare people who is truly meant to work with children. Her kind heart, energy, and genuine love for kids make her an absolute gem. I feel so lucky to have found her, and any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her as part of their lives.

Kelly was so wonderful when we needed a date-night sitter when we were visiting from out of town! She was prompt in her messaging responses and got on a video call with me beforehand to get to know each other. Kelly is a very loving and easygoing caregiver. She is very dependable and kids fall in love with her. My daughter is very excited every time Kelly watches her. She Is very well educated and knows the developmental stages for children. I often ask her questions because she has so much knowledge with children. She was even a teacher for many years!

Kelly has a way with children that is amazing. She is engaging, creative, positive and most of all loving. Our 2 boys did not care that we left when Kelly was there( and that is usually not the case!)

After first meeting Kelly through a friend I hired her for jobs for my family. I would 100% recommend Kelly. She is reliable, smart, intuitive, neat and organized and her entire focus is on the kids. As a mom of 4 it is hard to find someone who can care easily for all ages. My husband and I recently went on a 3 day vacation to Florida and I had complete confidence that Kelly would be more than capable of caring for my kids ages 13 through 18 months. I joined care.com specifically to meet and interview Kelly to care for our then 18 month old daughter E., after reading the portion of her profile that was shown before membership.   I am an older first time mother who tends to worry a lot and not trust many to care for our daughter. There is something, (actually many things) that is so special about Kelly, that I instantly knew not only did I want her to help care for E., but I knew I wanted her to be an active part of E.'s life for a long time. Kelly is consistently on time, displays a joyful attitude and energy that is infectious, and from the minute she walks in the door, engages in activity and conversation with E. which makes my leaving such an easy and relaxed transition. We call Kelly the "miracle worker"  because she was the only one able to get E. to try certain foods and take naps, which we rarely could.   I would return home to find everything picked up, dishes done and E. eager to tell/show me what Kelly had taught her that day. Even when immediate family members would babysit, I found myself checking in regularly. With Kelly, there is such a trust and piece of mind, that my worrying nature that causes me to check in was almost non-existent.  3 years later, Kelly is still an active and very special person in E.'s life, and I continue to feel extremely blessed that this is the case.
