Hi there! My name is Alaina, i'm a 21-year-old advertising student attending the University of South Florida. I have two years of childcare experience, am CPR/First Aid certified and have a reliable form of transportation. I previously worked for Hillsborough County as an after school/summer camp counselor working with children from 5-9 years old, in groups of 15+ children at a time. During my two years working here, I was responsible for helping with homework, planning and leading activities such as group games, group crafts and overseeing free play. I do my best to avoid screen time and encourage outdoor play. I love animals, anything crafty, and I'm passionate about providing a safe space for children to express themselves, encourage their imagination and have fun!!
