Kelly has been an incredible nanny to our family for over five years, and I cannot recommend her enough. My daughter was three months old when Kelly joined our family. Kelly has consistently gone above and beyond for our children. Her kindness, love, and dedication have exceeded every expectation we had. Kelly truly cares for our children like they are her own, and her thoughtful approach to their development and well-being has been invaluable. She has embraced our parenting philosophy, incorporating Montessori principles to encourage independence, curiosity, and learning. She has cooked healthy meals for them at every stage—from purees as babies to age-appropriate meals as they grew—and her creativity shines in the engaging activities and games she creates for them. Beyond her extraordinary care for our kids, Kelly helps with household tasks such as laundry, cleaning up after meals, and keeping the girls' spaces organized. She takes initiative with tasks like rotating toys and sorting outgrown clothes, always ensuring our home is a calm and organized environment. What truly sets Kelly apart is her attentiveness and genuine bond with our children. She greets them warmly every day, is never distracted by her phone, and is always actively engaged in their activities. My daughters adore her as much as they do their grandparents and extended family, and my husband and I trust her without hesitation. On numerous occasions, Kelly has cared for the kids overnight or extended periods of time. We always have complete peace of mind knowing they are safe, loved, and happy. Kelly is a true gem, and any family would be beyond lucky to have her in their lives.
