Hi! I am a fun loving, energetic, patient, and creative individual with about 5 years of experience in childcare. I have experience working with special needs children as I tutored an autistic homeschooled student, I also have experience working one on one with children along with group settings. My personality is to turn every situation into a fun experience and my education training has taught me that every situation has the potential to be a learning experience. I understand that kids will be kids and that children make mistakes. I believe that most mistakes do not need discipline as the end result along with a gentle conversation usually shows them where they went wrong.
