About Kellie

Hi, I'm Kellie! I have a passion for supporting children and families, which has guided my career in both caregiving and behavioral therapy. I've worked as a nanny for multiple families, caring for children of all ages-from newborns to teens. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the unique needs and joys of working with kids at every stage of development. Currently, I'm a full-time Behavior Instructor with a strong background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with autism and developmental challenges. With a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology, I approach caregiving with empathy, patience, and a focus on fostering growth and independence. I'm looking for extra work on the side to continue doing what I love: helping families and children thrive. When I'm not working, I enjoy practicing mindfulness, yoga, and connecting with nature.
