I have experience as an interim, full-time nanny, babysitter and tutor. I am also a mom of a teenager and well-versed in the hiring and employment of live-in and live-out nannies, babysitters and tutors. I believe this gives me valuable insight into the perspectives of both families and caregivers. I was an interim nanny during college and a full-time nanny before and after grad. school. Since then, I have continued to take paid childcare positions when referred to families by friends from infants up to teenagers. I have also been an executive in the private sector. I love reading; indoor and outdoor activities; board games; sports (shooting baskets, kicking the soccer ball, throwing a frisbee or football, etc.) I do not consider screen time to be an appropriate activity, unless specifically instructed to do this. I am there to follow your routines and rules! I have passed an advanced background check and have a secret security clearance from the Dept. of Homeland Security.

Kelli was a wonderful caregiver for our 12 week old baby. Kelli watched our son for our very first evening out since our son was born. She is very detail-oriented, asked great questions about this routine, and made my husband and I feel completely at ease for our evening out. Our son can be very fussy, especially during the early evening period, and Kelli was able to care for him and get him down for bedtime without any issues. She also left us very detailed notes so that we were able to seamlessly take over when we got back for the evening. We look forward to having Kelli watch our son again in the near future and are so appreciative of the great night out that we had.
