I have been tutoring for several years, and am well-versed in a number of different subjects. I have an AA in studio art, a B. S. in psychology, and a graduate degree in human services with a graduate certificate in applied gerontology. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a second graduate degree in rehabilitation counseling, in preparation for gaining my counseling license. I have worked privately with students in k-12 and post-secondary education, in addition to having been previously employed as a paraprofessional at a state school for students with disabilities and also at a public elementary school. I greatly enjoy supporting students with their educational needs and in reaching their goals.
