Over the last 15 years, it has been my enjoyment to come alongside families and give each child I care for age appropriate individualized care as best I can to help them develop their sense of self and strengths in all areas. I personally try my best to create a safe space for every child I care for in order for them to learn more of who they are and navigate that. Communication is very important to me and I help each child learn to understand and communicate their needs as best they can at their age. I've found they do well with a balance of exploring outside, trying new activities and quieter activities like reading, drawing, etc. Individualized care tailored to each child's uniqueness is important! If given the opportunity, I would love to get to know your family and see if it could be a great fit

Kaylee took care of my kids, and helped me run my household. She was always on time and always got my kids to their school and appointments on time. She knew how to look around my house and jump in to help where needed, whether it was dishes or laundry or staying late without complaining because I got sick and couldn't move. I am a single mom and Kaylee filled the second parent role for us. I don't know how I would have gotten through those years without her. If I could afford to keep her, I would have. My kids still ask for her and tell me how much they love and miss her. We keep in touch and she still babysits sometimes or comes for dinner. We are lucky to have her in our lives!
