About Kayla

CHILD CARE: I have been working with young children since 2007. I am a former elementary school teacher and currently work with infants at a child care center. I have the most experience with children ages 3-7 but feel comfortable working with all ages. I believe that children deserve to be respected and learn through positive role modeling by adults. I also think that children learn best through play! I am in the beginning stages of opening an indoor play center and am looking for a more flexible schedule that allows me to have time to work on the business. (Instead of a 9-5, 5 days a week). HOUSEKEEPING + PETS: I love cleaning and organizing! I am willing to bring the supplies I have, however, I do not have a vacuum that I would be able to transport easily; it would need to be supplied. I feel very comfortable around cats and trained dogs. :) When I am not working or building a new business, I am spending time with my 5-year-old son! Thank you for your consideration!
