About Kaycee

Hello parents and families, My name is KayCee and I am a new graduate nurse looking for opportunities to grow in different care settings. I am currently employed at a hospital in Charleston, WV so my schedule varies. While I often care for adults I would like to learn how to care for children as my husband and I are considering expanding our family. I often assist in care of my niece and nephews at home as well as pets. I am quite strict when it comes to setting boundaries with physical play such as hitting, kicking and aggressive behavior from children I try to facilitate positive behavior. I believe it is important to understand each parent and what type of parenting style they believe is best for their child and incorporate that into my care. While caring for my niece and nephews I often communicate with mom to try and send pictures and updates every few hours but understand that each parent is different and am willing to adapt to your needs.
