Hello! My name is Karen, I'm 23 years old. I have a 2-year-old daughter, and i've been married 5 years! My parental and caregiver values are the same. I like to set a good example and hold myself to the same standard. I am very open and honest with my child. I don't lie to her, and I make sure to let her know mistakes are okay. If I am wrong I take accountability and apologize. If you as a parent have different approach or just simply disagree with me, that's all you have to say. I will always respect your values! I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and providing a safe and loving environment for kiddos. I enjoy working with kids. I am so fascinated with their little brains. they are just rapidly developing and learn so quick. I have a little over 5 years of experience caring for children of all ages.
