I have worked with seniors for 15 years. I worked with residents from bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfer. Most of my work has been in Assisted Living homes. I've also worked residents in activities from baking, games, and crafts. Also I did private care for someone that had a stroke. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, I assisted the client with therapy. I worked with dementia and Alzheimer's disease as will as Parkinson's.

I have known Kathy well over 10 years. I do know and remember that Kathy is a very loyal worker, in that if she tells you she will do something, she will get it done. She is a very compassionate and caring person. Always putting the residents needs first. She is a team player, but does not get caught up in the day to day drama a lot of workers often do. Kathy was always looking to better herself, and willing to take on extra tasks if ask. Kathy has had some personal medical issues in the past and I found that she not only worked had to overcome them personally, but that those issue also helped her to relate to a lot of the residents issues first hand because she had once been there herself. She left our company back then because she was moving. If I had the need, I would hire her back with no questions ask.
