About Katherine

I enjoy learning about who kids are as individuals and making them feel seen and safe - physically and emotionally. I am organized, detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, calm, respectful. I provide an enriching, safe, fun environment for kids to feel free to explore, learn, and grow. I do musical theater, dance, sing, and I have taught Hip-Hop and Creative Dance to kids! I love having fun with kids while also giving boundaries to keep them safe. I have worked with kids as a Nanny, Teacher, Children's Program Director, and Dance Instructor. I was a Nanny for newborns to 8 years old, caring for families with three children. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and Special Education teaching credential. I was a Special Education Teacher for six years (ages preschool to 14 years old). I developed and directed the Children's Program at a local non-profit (ages 0 to 12).
