About Savanna

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible, fun/creative I like working with kids because they are like little sponges. I love playing games, doing projects and helping them learn. I'm looking for a job that allows some flexibility with hours. I started working with kids when I was about 13, but I am the oldest sibling of five children and grew up baby sitting. I've worked in day cares, day camps, overnight camps, preschools, and elementary schools. I have experience with all ages and love every age group for different reasons. In my spare time, I like to bake and cook. When I'm not nannying or babysitting, I teach and direct theatre. One thing you should know about me is kids like they are babies. I talk and interact with children in a way that gives them choices. I love letting kids do things for themselves in a safe and loving way. My skills include getting babies to sleep, planning art and baking projects, and playing pretend.
