I have experience working with children ages 6-13, children with ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, and trauma. I am a certified Elementary and Special Education Teacher, and I am in the process of taking my PRAXIS test to be a Certified Reading Specialist. I have been certified at the Classroom Educator Orton-Gillingham Level, which is an "explicit, direct, sequential, systematic, multi-sensory instructional approach to teach reading". I am extremely passionate about supporting children with literacy and teaching them the skills necessary to become a fluent reader!
