About Mary

I have 5 years of experience in grades 4-6. I am licensed in MA to teach General Education Grades 1-6 and Special Education grades K-8. I have a masters degree in Special Education. Trained in various Special Education reading programs such as LiPS and Orton-Gillingham. Well versed in phonics curriculums such as UFLI. I am currently home on a year long maternity leave with my newborn, but most recently have worked as both an inclusion and resource Special Education Teacher. I have many years of experience working with English Learners. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends. It is important to me to build a relationship with you and your child, as well as work together to support your child in all aspects of their learning.
