I'd describe my personality as responsible in my commitments, caring about my students' achievements and well-being, knowledgeable about how teachers run their classrooms and how to be successful in school, able to talk to and relate to kids of all ages, and appropriately fun in order to keep kids engaged. I'm looking for a job that gives me time helping students or spending time caring for and having fun with kids. I teach special education in a high school, so it needs to work around that schedule. I started tutoring before the pandemic, so 6 years ago, but I have been teaching over 20 years. In my spare time, I like to go to theme parks, theater, trivia, or the movies. I have had many families in the past who have been very happy with the way I am able to get their kids to communicate with me, do their schoolwork, and show improvement in their learning and their grades. My skills include relating to students, being adept in school technology, and improving students' writing.
