About Katharine

I am a licensed physical therapy assistant (PTA) with 5+ years of experience working with a geriatric population. This includes both physical and cognitive impairment. Additionally, I have been training and educating seniors in the area of therapeutics for 15+ years. I am a trained yoga and Pilates instructor which allows me to incorporate a variety of techniques into the care I provide. I pride myself on strong interpersonal skills and kindness which helps me build trust and positive relationships with clients. I excel at creating effective and tailored routines that not only meet the individual where they are but, also lead to ongoing physical and functional improvements.
