About Martha

I most recently cared for a very dear and sweet little lady for over a year in her apartment in Nashville. She had become, to me, a very special part of my life. Whether I was working a 12 to 14 hour shift caring for all of her daily needs, or at my own home, I was brainstorming how to better serve this little lady. When she passed away, I was there at the foot of her bed, along with all of the others who cared so deeply for her. I also cared for my father the last four years of his life. This was an important opportunity for me to nurture the man who had loved me every day since I was born. I am experienced in taking blood pressure, medication management, checking blood sugar levels and giving injections of insulin. I am retired after 25 years of working in Special Education at Grassland Middle School in Williamson County. My gifts lie in caring for those who cannot care for themselves.
